Introducing a More User-Friendly Portal: Usability and Simplicity at the Forefront
We're excited to share some major updates that will enhance your experience in our portal, with a strong focus on usability, simplicity, and workflow customization. Whether you're a first-time user or someone who uses the portal infrequently, these improvements will make navigation easier and more intuitive. Here's a sneak peek at what's coming your way.
Starting today, when you log into the portal, you'll notice a refreshed user interface designed with new users in mind. The Launchpad is here to simplify your experience with friendly, easy-to-understand language and quick access to the information you need most.
With the Launchpad, you can quickly find what you're looking for — whether it's reviewing CWV scores, benchmarking against competitors, or calculating the ROI of your fixes. We've created a space where users can intuitively explore key areas like first-party and third-party content, all without feeling overwhelmed.
We're also introducing new features to make the portal even more flexible and tailored to your needs.
As part of our ongoing effort to make performance data more actionable, we’re introducing enhancements across both Synthetic and Performance Overview pages. These updates are designed to provide faster measurement, deeper visibility, and a more connected experience across your digital performance workflows.
We’ve expanded the Synthetic experience to include test results, instant measurement, and instant measurement reports. These capabilities make it easier to validate fixes, confirm improvements, and get immediate feedback without waiting for scheduled test cycles. Whether you’re investigating a performance issue or verifying a deployment, you’ll now have faster access to the data you need to take action.
Coming soon, the Performance Overview section will offer deeper analytics that link performance data to real business outcomes. These updates bring together synthetic test results and real-user session insights for a more complete performance story — from page-level timing all the way to revenue attribution.
The new Performance Details view provides a detailed look at how your site performs at both the page and object levels. You can drill into key metrics like LCP, CLS, and INP, and identify which elements — such as large images or third-party scripts — contribute most to slowdowns. This added precision helps teams prioritize optimizations that have the greatest impact on real-user experience.
The Session Lookup view (shown below) lets you inspect individual user sessions to understand how real users experience your site — including page-level timing, object-level performance data, and traffic segment context like “Slow Sessions.” By visualizing the entire user journey, teams can quickly see where slowdowns occur and how they affect engagement.
To close the loop between technical insights and business impact, the Revenue Opportunity dashboard translates performance data into measurable financial outcomes. By correlating load times with conversion data, you can estimate potential revenue gains from optimizations — showing not just how your site performs, but what that performance is worth.

With these tools, teams can trace performance issues down to specific page views, see how they impact user experience in real time, and connect those findings to key metrics such as revenue opportunity, brand attribution, and domain performance.
Together, these updates help teams move from measurement to meaning — understanding not just how your site performs, but how every improvement drives engagement, retention, and revenue.
As we continue to improve the portal, our goal is clear: make your experience as frictionless and straightforward as possible. Whether you're a new user or a seasoned pro, the enhancements we're rolling out are designed to help you work more efficiently and quickly.
Stay tuned for more updates in the coming months as we continue to invest in making the portal more user-friendly, flexible, and intuitive.
We can't wait for you to try out these new features — and we'd love to hear your feedback!
